Thank you for buying a Pomelo Jewelry product. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Should you not be 100% pleased with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund it.
Simply send us an email to pomelojew to tell us that you wish to return or exchange the product and we will inform you about the delivery address. You have 14 calendar days to send back an item starting with the day of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you have received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
In case the return is for reasons attributable to Pomelo Jewelry (product defective or not matching the purchased reference) we will exchange it and take care of the costs associated with this return. In case of return for reasons not attributable to Pomelo Jewelry the costs will be borne by the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within approximately 7-10 days after the return processing date, depending on your card issuer's policy.
